App refreshes randomly during shopping, forcing user to lose her place and start from the beginning - very primitive and Ive stopped shopping more than a few times because of this. Delivery in my area is by OnTrac, and packages are tossed onto my property drive-by style. Zulily has the best deals available much of the time but needs to work on getting the app to function at least acceptably, as well as getting a more responsible delivery service, at least in this area. The length of time it takes to receive most items is also longer than any other online vendor with whom Ive done business. Not sure thatll continue to work out. The negatives are outweighing the positives more as time passes.

I LOVE this app. I spend way too much money but I love everything they have. The prices are great and the option to make payments makes it even better. They have the best unique items from clothing to toys to home decor. Highly recommended.

I like the app to discover always new items! Big disadvantage is you always need to pay for sendings! As huge as Zulily is they should do something about that, lowering the price or even do the entire sending for free! Other companys can do it, so why not Zulily? And you can never return, they should do something about that. Sometimes items come back in another title, so if you missed ordering them you get almost always a 2nd change. The customer service is excellent!

Great except sometimes I accidentally do something that causes the order to submit before Im ready

Ive happily ordered from Zulily many times over the past few years. Their customer service is WONDERFUL and the updates to the app are great. My only complaint, and its happened to me twice, is that accidental ordering happens with the swipe of a finger. The first time this happened to me I was half awake and my hand literally slipped onto the button. BAM $400+ taken out of my account. Another time I was just swiping through my cart and I swept up quickly and BAM another accidental order, this time over $450! Since you cant save items I add them to the cart and take them out later. There is currently to automatic order confirmation before sending through. One accidental touch and that money is GONE. Theyve told me I can activate a child lock that will confirm the order before processing. It doesnt work or stay on though. And this should be standard. Soooo, all that to say no Im so jumpy on the app its almost no longer any use to me as its stressful to think that could happen again. Other than this latest issue, theyve been wonderful to work with and even with those times when I called they were very helpful and kind.

I have ordered several items from Zulily and have not been disappointed. Whenever possible, I will compare prices elsewhere to see if the price is the best before ordering and most often, no one else is able to beat their price. My only issue is with the time it takes for some items to be shipped, you cant order something if you need it in a hurry. Overall, I would recommend to anyone.

I Love Love Love this app!!! My husband wishes that I never found it. And as far as how well the actual app works, I havent had any problems. You can get quality merchandise at fantastic prices. My favorite shopping app

This app rarely crashes and is very user friendly. I can spend hours shopping for things I didnt know I even needed and order what I need without a hassle of logging into PayPal. Use it every day!
