Ive happily ordered from Zulily many times over the past few years. Their customer service is WONDERFUL and the updates to the app are great. My only complaint, and its happened to me twice, is that accidental ordering happens with the swipe of a finger. The first time this happened to me I was half awake and my hand literally slipped onto the button. BAM $400+ taken out of my account. Another time I was just swiping through my cart and I swept up quickly and BAM another accidental order, this time over $450! Since you cant save items I add them to the cart and take them out later. There is currently to automatic order confirmation before sending through. One accidental touch and that money is GONE. Theyve told me I can activate a child lock that will confirm the order before processing. It doesnt work or stay on though. And this should be standard. Soooo, all that to say no Im so jumpy on the app its almost no longer any use to me as its stressful to think that could happen again.
Other than this latest issue, theyve been wonderful to work with and even with those times when I called they were very helpful and kind.
