This is by far one of my favorite apps as well as favorite places to shop.

Great app! Easy to use, visually stunning, is always updating to make it better and better! Good deals too! Shipping is a little slow on some things, others are pretty quick. Just read the details so you know for sure when you will get your items. I have received a couple of items that were damaged, I just sent Zulily customer service a picture of the item and the order number and Bam! I was given a refund No problem! Love Zulily!

App is User friendly. But in order details few things are not mentioned for example expected shipping date. App hangs sometimes

Great app but it keeps crashing! Needs an update!

Is horrible. They took my money and never sent the item to me. The told me they cancelled it. But still charged my card. I sent bank statements to them and have talked to three different people. Do not shop them.

Used to love using this app...but it has been stuck updating for days now and I cant erase it or update it!

I am busy like many people who shop the site. The convenience of shopping on my schedule and then having it delivered makes it a win for me. I love to find a great deal at the same time so there is another win. I had one of my deliveries that I wasnt satisfied with. Contacted customer service and they took amazing care of me.
