Lets not do it anymore! The new today section now displays categories from everything still active. Ill come back when this is fixed. Send me an email saying this was a terrible error. SIGH.

Lags on my iPad 2!

I like the idea of zulily. But the company and the app have some serious flaws. Shipping takes a long time. And when you place an order, there is no page to review. I keep things in my shopping cart and like to come back and edit later before I buy. 2 times I have made accidental payments just by setting my IPad down. The first time, I had tons of similar items in there I wanted to edit through. I set my iPad down very quickly and saw that it said thank you for your order. There was so second page to confirm address and payment or anything! I had to cancel 500 dollars worth of underwear and of course PayPal holds that money for weeks before releasing it. The second time, I selected place your order, expecting that it would then display a shipping address to confirm but it just said, thank you for your order. I had to go back into the order and select the individual items to figure out that it had the wrong shipping address. These are simple things that they can fix

I love their products but the shipping time is too long & you cannot return items. Would order from them more often if I knew I could return an item that was just too large, too small, etc. Also-I cant get my app to load correctly. After recent update-it simply wont work.

Ive never had anything take as long to ship before (almost 5 weeks). While the items are cute the discount doesnt make up for the shipping times. Probably will not order again.

Everything Ive ordered has been mostly great, top quality merchandise. The customer service is wonderful too. The one item that came with a tear in it could not be replaced, unfortunately, but they are refunding it. My only real complaints are that kids clothing is usually a little oversized (which is okay, really-my kid can grow into it), the plus size can be a bit undersized, and most items are not returnable (but they will refund!)

Lately the app keeps crashing. Ill be looking at something then it just goes black and closes on me. I hate paying for shipping and then to have to pay and it take forever to get makes me really have to want it to buy it. Plus the no returns, makes me even less likely to buy.

With the new fix, half the time the app wont even open. I cant imagine what you were trying to fix, because you made it worse. Not happy. Now I keep getting knocked off and it can take me up to four tries to get through the whole list. Keeps getting worse.

Im not a big fan of trying on clothes OR shopping from store to store ... To store! I can honestly say, in my opinion of course, Zulily has been a very positive and delightful experience. They have always stood by their product and the customer. As a customer, I know my needs will be met and that ism at the forefront. I have ordered, pjs, leggings, shoes. Boots, perfume.... U name it, Ive ordered it! One time I had an issue and it was resolved immediately. I cant say enough about Zulily! My sister lived s pair of my boots so much, she is now ordering from the site ❤️ APP is 5 stars too! Wicked easy to navigate !

ugh! will they ever have an app that doesnt crash constantly??!

Sometimes i dont purchase the products anymore coz who wouldnt be annoyed when It keeps crashing many times while selecting items!!!

App crashes constantly. Also, if an item sells out thats in your cart, it just disappears. On the website, it shows that its all gone and youre given the option to set a notification for when it becomes available again. Thats annoying.

Ap is slow, cumbersome and freezes often. I was told there were ap only perks but could never identify any. I love the Zulily site but wish the ap were easier to use.

This app is very discouraging and frustrating! App crashes EVERY time I try and use it. As for the company itself, no returns are allowed. This wouldnt be a problem if size charts and color descriptions of items were accurate. Many clothing items and shoes are of sub par quality hence the "discounted" prices. The only items I have found of excellent quality are the sistema plastic food containers.

Its easy and convenient to browse and place orders. Its been a reliable app for me.

I cannot use this app on my iPad without it crashing constantly!!!

It was working so well for so long since its early beginnings when it hardly ever worked. Now its back to loading erratically and crashing frequently on my ipad 4. There seems to have been some nice improvements, if it/they only worked! Also, size charts often are unrelated to the actual item and descriptions are poor, and incomplete. Sometimes they have been copied and pasted from another item and have nothing to do with the pictured item.

Exasperating...app crashes over and over. If the apps not crashing, it actually causes my iPad to reboot. Crashed about 8 times and rebooted my iPad twice in a 45 minute period.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!I have been ordering from Zulily for several years. I never had serious issues until they mixed up my order with someone elses - what I had to go thru to get them to "make it right" was utterly insane. I caution anyone and everyone who reads this- Order at your own risk. They do not communicate or even attempt at customer service. I learned the hard way.

i was tired of logging in the website because i mostly used Private Browser so i downloaded the app. Display is nice, almost the same as using the website. Zulily has become my favorite site for great deals.
